MyAlcon FitSCAN is an app for replenishing Alcon trial lenses. It uses image recognition technology to identify empty slots in your fitting sit. The app then automatically creates an order for you which can be manually edited.
Yes, the app is free to download and to place orders. Your regular Alcon delivery fees will be applied to the order via MyAlcon FitSCAN

MyAlcon FitSCAN is dedicated to ordering trial contact lenses only. Please, visit MyAlcon Store + MARLӦ to order regular lenses.
Getting started
Just download the app, register with your Alcon customer account number, and start ordering. Registering only takes a few moments and you will be able to use the app once you log in.

To register, open the app and create an account using your name, email, phone number and Alcon account number. You will receive an email to complete your registration and activate your account. Once activation is completed, you will be able to log in.

Normally, orders are processed and shipped from Alcon warehouses within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary due to the product availability and location.
You can view the status of your orders in the Order History section of the app. It may take up to 15 minutes for your order to appear in the Order History.
My Account
The name, phone number, and Alcon account number can be changed in the Personal Settings section of the app.
It is not possible to change the email address associated with the MyAlcon FitSCAN account. If you want to use another email address for MyAlcon FitSCAN, then you must create a new account.
Your account details including your Alcon account number can be found in the Personal Settings section.
On the main screen of the app, tap “More”, located at the bottom right-hand corner.

MyAlcon FitSCAN is compatible with iOS and Android phones and tablet that have working cameras.
Compatible operating systems: • iOS v14 or later • Android OS 10 or later
Try taking a picture again. Make sure that the fitting set is well lit and free from glare or shadows. Take the photo directly from the front. If you still have a problem, you can add the missing lenses manually to your order.
